[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 15 May - issued 0325UT/15-May-2012

Low solar flare activity, with a chance of moderate activity from
sunspot group AR1476,although declining, it is magnetically complex,
and has the potential to produce M-class flares. Short-wave radio
fadeouts possible if AR1476 produces M class flares. Minor coronal
mass ejection effects possible from a glancing blow. Moderate solar
wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels.
High-frequency radio communications fair to normal (degradations
possible at all latitudes).
