Low to moderate solar flare activity. Isolated major flares still
possible from large active region 1476. Minor coronal hole effects in
progress, but declining over the next two to three days. Moderate to
strong solar wind. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels
with isolated active periods at high latitudes. Short-wave radio
fadeouts possible. High-frequency radio communications normal with
some degraded conditions at high latitudes.
