Low to moderate (B/C class with possible M class) solar x-ray flare
activity, activity. Minor coronal mass ejection (CME) effects possible
in the second half of the UT day from a CME launched 5 June. Minor
coronal hole effects in progress from moderate solar wind speed which
is declining. Geomagnetic conditions at quiet to unsettled levels with
isolated active periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible from M
flares. High-frequency radio communications fair to normal at mid
latitudes with some degraded conditions at low and high latitudes.
