[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 14 July - issued 0025UT/14-Jul-2012

Low to moderate solar flare activity. A coronal mass ejection impact
from the X-level solar flare observed on Jul 12 is anticipated at the
Earth sometime after 12UT on Jul 14. Solar wind parameters may be
significantly disturbed for 1-2 days post impact. Geomagnetic
conditions at active to minor storm levels with isolated major storm
level periods at higher latitudes. Chance of visible auroral activity
at higher latitudes. Short-wave radio fadeouts possible.
High-frequency radio communications normal at low to mid latitudes
with some degraded conditions at high latitudes.
