ISSUED AT 0618UT/28 SEPTEMBER 2017
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

The Earth is currently under the influence of elevated solar 
winds associated with a recurrent coronal hole. Compared to yesterday's 
conditions (27 September), depressed MUFs are expected to occur, 
especially in mid to high latitudes, due to the increased geomagnetic 
activity caused by the coronal hole.
