ISSUED AT 2308UT/08 NOVEMBER 2017
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

The Earth is currently under the influence of elevated solar 
winds associated with the recurrent coronal hole. Depressed MUFs 
are expected to occur, especially at high latitudes, due to the 
increased geomagnetic activity caused by the coronal hole.
