SUBJ: SWS PRELIMINARY HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 16/52
ISSUED AT 0134UT/06 NOVEMBER 2016
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

CME observed in SOHO/LASCO imagery after 0448 UT on 5 November 
is likely to become geoeffective on 8 November. It may cause 
a Minor to Major Storm and degraded HF communication conditions.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 08-09 NOVEMBER 2016
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
