ISSUED AT 0021UT/12 FEBRUARY 2016
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Region 2497 has produced 2 C-class flares, the strongest one 
is C8.9-class flare. There is a possibility that this region 
may produce isolated M-class flares which may result in short 
wave fadeouts.
