SUBJ: SWS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 16/67
ISSUED AT 2322UT/15 DECEMBER 2016
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Depressed conditions are likely to continue throughout the Southern 
Hemisphere in coming days. Lowering the operating frequency to 
maintain contact may result in propagation via sporadic E layers 
when present.
