SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 15/64
ISSUED AT 2354UT/15 OCTOBER 2015
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Due to continued rise in geomagnetic activity levels and low 
levels of ionising radiation, minor to significant degradation 
in HF conditions and depressions in MUFs may be observed on 16 
October. Low levels of ionising radiation may result in minor 
to moderate degradations in HF conditions and depressions in 
MUFs on 17 and 18 October too, even after expected decline in 
geomagnetic activity levels on through these days.
