SUBJ: IPS PRELIMINARY HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 15/17
ISSUED AT 0230UT/20 JUNE 2015
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

A CME is expected to impact the Earth in the latter half of the 
UT of 21 June resulting in minor to major storm levels. A second 
CME is expected to impact the Earth early on 23 June sustaining 
the elevated levels of geomagnetic activity. Degraded HF conditions 
are likely in association with this activity and to continue 
into 24 June.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 21-24 JUNE 2015
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
