SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 14/45
ISSUED AT 2331UT/01 SEPTEMBER 2014
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Falling solar flux and some mild geomagnetic activity has reduced 
useable frequencies below monthly predicted values by between 
10-15%. These conditions are expected to continue as possible 
worsen over the next few days.
