SUBJ: IPS PRELIMINARY HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 14/01
ISSUED AT 2341UT/31 DECEMBER 2013
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Expected rise in geomagnetic activity levels on 02 January may 
result in minor to mild degradations in HF conditions and MUF 
depressions on this day, especially at high and some mid latitude 
locations.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FOR 02 JANUARY 2014
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
