SUBJ: IPS PRELIMINARY HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 13/32
ISSUED AT 0059UT/30 OCTOBER 2013
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

HF conditions may be degraded at times during 31 October - 1 
November as the result of anticipated elevated geomagnetic activity. 
Further warnings will follow should geomagnetic activity eventuate.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 31 OCTOBER 2013 TO 01 NOVEMBER 2013
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
