SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 12/10
ISSUED AT 16/0530Z FEBRUARY 2012
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Further to previous HF warning 12/09, ionospheric support for 
HF has degraded significantly more than anticipated. MUFs are 
depressed by 30% or more across the Australian region. Significant 
blanketing E is still being observed at Sydney, Canberra and 
Hobart. Depressed conditions are likely to continue for the next 
24-48 hours.
