DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR
AUSTRALIAN/EQUATORIAL REGIONS FOR 20 OCTOBER 2007.

DEPRESSIONS OF UP TO 25% HAVE BEEN OBSERVED AT TIMES FOR
AUSTRALIAN/EQUATORIAL REGIONS DURING THE PAST 24 HOURS.
DEPRESSIONS OF UP TO 25% ARE EXPECTED AGAIN AT TIMES FOR
AUSTRALIAN/EQUATORIAL REGIONS FOR 20 OCTOBER.
MOSTLY NORMAL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OTHERWISE.
