DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 12-13 MARCH 2007

Depressions of 10-20% have been observed at times so
far today and are likely to occur at times during the
remainder of the day. Depressions of 5-15% are likely
at times for 13 March.
