DAWN THIS MORNING. LOWER THAN NORMAL MUFS FOR
SOUTHERN AUS/NZ REGION EXPECTED REST OF DAY.
DEPRESSIONS FOLLOWED MILD OVERNIGHT GEOMAGNETIC 
ACTIVITY FROM CORONAL HOLE WIND STREAM.

NORTHERN AUS REGION MUFS NEAR NORMAL. HF
COMMUNICATORS WITHIN NORTHERN AUSTRALIA SHOULD
USE A T INDEX OF 15.
