ISSUED AT 14/0050Z DECEMBER 2006
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

A CME associated with recent solar activity is expected to impact 
the earth late in the UT day on 14 December. Degraded HF 
conditions are likely to occur at this time and continue 
into 15 December.
