SUBJ: IPS HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 05/15

BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

SOUTHERN AUS/NZ MUFS HAVE BEEN DEPRESSED BY 15 to 20%
HAVE BEEN NEAR TO 15% ABOVE PREDICTED MONTHLY VALUES.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE 
FOR REMAINDER 26 AND 27 MARCH 2005 FOR SOUTHERN AUS/NZ 
REGION ONLY, PARTICULARLY AFTER LOCAL DAWN. NORTHERN AUS 
REGION MUFS EXPECTED TO REMAIN NEAR NORMAL.
