IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.

TRANSPOLAR HF CIRCUITS ARE DEGRADED BY A PROTON EVENT CAUSING 
POLAR CAP ABSORBTION.
