DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED,
ESPECIALLY FOR SOUTHERN AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND REGIONS
FROM 03-04 MAY 2004 DUE TO HIGH SPEED CORONAL HOLE SOLAR WIND STREAM.
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
