DEPRESSED/DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS OBSERVED AFTER
LOCAL DAWN THIS MORNING FOR SOUTHERN AUS/NZ REGION. DEPRESSED 
CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY. NORTHERN AUS REGION
MUFS EXPECTED TO BE ONLY MILDLY AFFECTED. ALSO A SOLAR PROTON
EVENT IS IN PROGRESS IMPACTING TRANS-POLAR HF COMMS.
