SUBJ: IPS PRELIMINARY HF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS WARNING 04/19
ISSUED AT 03/0043Z APRIL 2004
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

Minor to moderate degradations in HF conditions and depressions
in MUFs may be observed at mid and high latitudes on 04 April
due to an anticipated rise in geomagnetic activity on this day. 

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FROM 04 APRIL 2004
IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
