BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED
FOR 21 NOVEMBER 2003

Significant geomagnetic activity levels have resulted in
severe ionospheric depressions for 20 November. Degraded
conditions are expected to continue into 21 November, with
depressions of 15-30% and greater possible at times.
