15 Dec:  Quiet to unsettled, isolated active and minor storm periods
  likely, particularly at higher latitudes.
16 Dec:  Quiet to unsettled, isolated active periods with minor storm
  conditions at higher latitudes.
17 Dec:  Quiet to unsettled, isolated active periods at higher latitudes.
