SUBJ: IPS GEOMAGNETIC DISTURBANCE WARNING 00/54
ISSUED AT 04/2202Z DECEMBER 2000
BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.

THE SUN'S EASTERN HEMISPHERE. OVER THE NEXT FEW
DAYS THE HOLE WILL MOVE INTO GEOEFFECTIVE POSITION.

THE RECURRENCE (27 DAY) BASED GEOMAGNETIC FORECAST FOR

SUGGESTS THAT DISTURBED CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED
DURING THE INTERVAL 07-10 DEC.
