[Ips-flare-alert] IPS FLARE INFORMATION - **CORRECTION**

Dear subscriber,

The most recent X-ray flare information was issued incorrectly due to 
automatic processing of data gaps in the GOES satellite X-ray flux data. 
This error has been rectified and the correct flare information is 
below. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Approximate Flare Start : 22-05-2013 1308 UT
Approximate Flare Maximum: 22-05-2013 1335 UT at Flux M 5.0
Approximate Flare End : 22-05-2013 1408 UT
LOCATION OF HF FADEOUT: Central Africa/North Africa/South
