Subject: [Ips-fd-alert] forbush decrease alerts 26 Feb 2009 false alarms

Dear Customers,

The two Furbush decrease alerts on 26 Feb 2009 were false alarms. The alert messages were 
caused by a sudden offset in the data. The reason for this offset is unknown.
