COMMENT: Solar activity over the last 24 hours was very low, 
with only minor B-class events from region 865. Solar wind velocity 
has decreased slightly to 340km/s. The Bz component of the interplanetary 
magnetic field has flucuated between +/-5nT over the UT day and 
is presently -4nT.
