and is current for interval 17-19 February. Active to minor storm 
levels of geomagnetic activity may be expected early on 18 feb 
following the anticipated arrival of a shock associated with 
a full halo CME and long duration B8.8 flare observed on 15 feb 
after 1308 UT.
