      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: IPS HF Communications Warning 5 was issued on 13 February 
and is current for interval 14-15 February. Northern and southern 
Australian MUFs were 5 to 30% below predicted monthly values 
following geomagnetically active periods on 13 FEB.
