COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region on UT day 16-Mar were near predicted monthly values. Spread
F was observed at Perth during local night hours. MUFs are expected
to be near predicted monthly values over 17-19 Mar. Shortwave
fadeouts are possible.
