      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Davis/Mawson):
      Depressed by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 08-Mar were near predicted monthly values. Spread 
F was observed at Hobart during local night hours. MUFs are expected 
to be near predicted monthly values over 09-11 Mar. Isolated 
minor shortwave fadeouts possible.
