COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
region on UT day 25-Oct were mostly near predicted values to 
20% enhanced. Sporadic-E was observed at Townsville and Perth 
during local night hours. MUFs are expected to be near predicted 
monthly values to 15% enhanced over 26-Oct.
