      Enhanced by 20% over the UT day.

COMMENT: SWS SWF HF Communications Warning 36 was issued on 18 
April and is current for 19-21 Apr. Maximum usable frequencies 
(MUFs) on UT day 19 Apr were enhanced over monthly predicted 
values. Spread-F was observed at Hobart 13-20 UT. MUFs are expected 
to be up to 25% enhanced over monthly predicted values during 
20-22 Apr. Short-wave fadeouts are likely.
