   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian region on UT day 26 November 
were near predicted monthly values to mildly depressed. Mildly 
depressed MUFs may be observed on UT days 27-29 November with 
a slight chance of a SWF.
