   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 25% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 30% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values to 20% depressed.

COMMENT: SWS HF Communications Warning 36 was issued on 21 November 
and is current for 21-22 Nov. MUFs in the Australian region on 
UT day 21 November were mostly 15-30% depressed. Occasional sporadic 
E was observed at Perth, Hobart, Canberra and Niue, blanketing 
the F region at Canberra 11 and 17-18 UT. Depressed conditions 
are expected to continue 22-24 November.
