      Near predicted monthly values during local day.

      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Depressed by 25% during local night.
      Depressed by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian region on UT day 19 November 
were mostly 15-30% depressed. Sporadic E observed at Brisbane 
09-14 UT. Depressed conditions are expected to continue 20-22 
November.
