      Mostly near predicted monthly values.
      Depressed by 25% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 20% during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
      Depressed by 30% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian region on UT day 15 November 
were mostly near predicted monthly values to moderately depressed 
levels due to very low levels of solar ionising flux. Depressed 
MUF conditions are expected to continue for the next three days
