      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 15% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 25% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: On UT day 1 March, MUFs in the Australian region were 
mostly near predicted monthly values with some mild to moderate 
depressions during the local night. Sporadic E layers were observed, 
strong at times. MUFs in the Australian region are expected to 
be mostly near predicted monthly values on UT days 2-3 March 
with some possible mild depressions in response to the recent 
geomagnetic activity. MUFs in the Australian region should be 
near predicted monthly values on UT day 4 March.
