      Enhanced by 15% during local day.

      Enhanced by 15% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: SWS SWF HF Communications Warning 40 was issued on 15 
December and is current for 15-17 Dec. MUFs in the Australian 
region on UT day 16 December were mostly near predicted monthly 
values with some occasional moderate depressions at Cocos Island 
region local night. Some sporadic E were observed at some stations. 
MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values 
with possible SWFs on UT days 17-19 December.
