Near predicted monthly values. Depressions to 25%
local day and pre-dawn at Darwin.
Southern Australian Region:
Near predicted monthly values.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian region on UT day 17 August were
mostly near predicted monthly values. Sporadic E observed at
Learmonth afternoon and early evening, and daytime at Darwin.
Night spread F observed at Hobart. MUFs in the Australian region
on 18-20 August are expected to be near predicted monthly values
with occasional depressions to 20%.
