Enhanced by 25% after local dawn.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Enhanced by 15% over the UT day.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian and Antarctic regions were mostly
near predicted monthly values to moderately enhanced on 13 September.
Sporadic E observed at 12-13 UT and spread F 14-16 UT at Darwin.
MUFs in the Australian region are expected to be mostly near
predicted monthly values on 14-16 September.
