      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: On UT day 27 October, MUFs in the Australian region 
were mostly near predicted monthly values during local night 
and moderately depressed during local day. MUFs in the Australian 
region are expected to be near predicted monthly to moderately 
depressed levels during UT days 28-30 October; the moderate depressions 
are expected due to recent geomagnetic activity.
