      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Depressed by 20% during local night.
   Niue Island Region:
      No data available.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Enhanced by 15% over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: MUFs in the Australian region were mostly near predicted 
monthly values during UT day 18 November. Sporadic E blanketing 
were observed at some sites. MUFs in the Australian region are 
expected to be near predicted monthly values for the next three 
UT days, 19-21 November.
