      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 50% during local night.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 30% during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Maximum Usable frequencies (MUFs) ranged from near predicted 
monthly values to enhanced for all regions on 21Mar. Notable 
sporadic E observed again at SWS stations Cocos Is, Niue Is, 
Norfolk Is, Learmonth and Perth. MUFs are expected to range from 
near predicted monthly values to slightly enhanced for the AUS-NZ 
region 22Mar. MUFs expected to be near predicted monthly values 
for 23Mar-24Mar.
