   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 55% during local night.
      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Depressed by 15% during local day.
      Near predicted monthly values during local night.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
regions for UT day 01 March were mostly near predicted monthly 
values with some periods of minor to moderate enhancements as 
well as periods of minor depressions. MUFs in this region are 
expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values for the next 
three UT days, 02 to 04 March.
