      Enhanced by 15% during local night.
      Enhanced by 30% after local dawn.
   Southern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day.
      Enhanced by 20% during local night.
      Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
      Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian 
regions for UT day 28 February were mostly near predicted monthly 
values with some periods of minor depressions and also mild to 
moderate enhancements. MUFs in this region are expected to be 
mostly near predicted monthly values with minor to mild depressions 
for UT days 29 February to 2 March.
