Southern Australian Region:
Mostly near predicted monthly values.
Enhanced by 20% after local dawn.
Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base/Davis/Mawson):
Near predicted monthly values over the UT day.
PCA Event : No event.

COMMENT: Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) for UT day 26 February
were mostly near predicted monthly values. Spread F observed
at mid-latitude stations except Hobart in the hours prior to
dawn. MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly values
to 15% depressed on 27-29 February. Night spread F possible over
the next three days.
